Terms of Service

Tumby's Rewards is a customer loyalty program for qualifying in-person purchases at participating Tumby's Pizza locations.

Customers can use this website to join Tumby's Rewards, log in, view their member code, check Tumby's Coins, view available rewards, request eligible rewards for in-store use, review visit history, and update eligible profile information.

This website does not add visits, complete reward redemptions, change member codes, edit visit history, or connect rewards activity to WooCommerce online orders.

You must provide accurate account information, including your first name, last name, phone number, email address, and birthday.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

Tumby's may refuse, suspend, or close an account if information appears inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Each rewards customer receives a permanent member code. Show this code to the cashier during an in-store purchase so the cashier can look up your account.

For account protection, the cashier may ask you to confirm the last four digits of your phone number before adding a visit or redeeming a reward.

Member codes have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or shared for misuse.

One qualifying in-store visit earns one Tumby's Coin. Tumby's Coins are rewards points and are not cash, gift cards, stored value, or property.

No more than one qualifying visit may be added per customer per calendar day.

Tumby's Coins are added only through authorized in-store cashier workflows. Online orders, WooCommerce customer information, online order totals, order completion, cancellation, transfer, or status changes do not automatically earn Tumby's Coins.

Available rewards, required Tumby's Coins, and reward details may change from time to time. Rewards are subject to availability and participating location rules.

Customers may request to use an eligible reward from this website. A requested reward is not fully redeemed until an authorized Tumby's cashier confirms the redemption during an in-store visit.

Only authorized Tumby's cashier staff can complete reward redemption. Customers cannot mark rewards as redeemed, approve their own redemptions, or change redemption history from this website.

Unless Tumby's makes an exception, each customer may complete no more than one reward redemption per calendar day.

When a coin-based reward is confirmed and redeemed by a cashier, the required number of Tumby's Coins is deducted from the customer's rewards balance. Redeemed rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Birthday rewards may be offered to eligible customers who provide a birthday in their rewards profile.

Birthday rewards may be limited to one per customer per birthday period, may require identity or account confirmation, and may be subject to location availability.

Tumby's may modify, pause, or discontinue birthday rewards at any time.

Tumby's may correct rewards balances, visits, redemptions, or account records if there is an error, duplicate entry, technical issue, suspected fraud, or misuse.

Tumby's may deny, reverse, or cancel rewards activity that violates these Terms or does not reflect a qualifying in-store purchase.

Abuse of the program may result in loss of Tumby's Coins, cancellation of rewards, suspension, or account closure.

Customers may submit an account deletion request from the profile page.

A deletion request does not immediately erase the account. Tumby's may review the request, verify account ownership, retain records required for business, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, legal, or security reasons, and then process the request as appropriate.

After an account is deleted or deactivated, Tumby's Coins, pending reward requests, member codes, and rewards may no longer be available.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, copy or scrape data, bypass security, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

The website may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, network issues, or service interruptions.

Tumby's may update the website, add features, remove features, or change how the rewards program works.

Tumby's Rewards is provided as-is and as-available. Tumby's does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every reward will always be available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tumby's is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Tumby's Rewards.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Tumby's may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.

Continued use of Tumby's Rewards after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
