We also collect rewards activity connected to your account, including your member code, Tumby's Coins balance, qualifying in-store visits, store location for each visit, available rewards, pending reward requests, redeemed rewards, and reward history.

When you use the website, we may collect basic technical information such as device type, browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and log information needed to keep the site secure and working properly.

We use your information to create and manage your Tumby's Rewards account, verify your email, help cashiers look up your member code, confirm your phone-number ending in store, track Tumby's Coins, show reward progress, let you request eligible rewards, and support cashier-confirmed reward redemption.

If you choose to receive promotions, we may use your email address and phone number to send offers, updates, birthday surprises, and other Tumby's Rewards messages. You can ask us to stop sending promotional messages at any time.

We may use technical information to protect accounts, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, improve the website, and maintain the reliability of the rewards program.

Tumby's Rewards is currently for qualifying in-person purchases. Customers cannot add visits, complete reward redemption, edit visit history, or change member codes from this website.

Customers may request to use an eligible reward from the website. A requested reward remains pending until an authorized Tumby's cashier confirms the redemption during an in-store visit.

Authorized Tumby's cashier staff may look up a customer by member code, confirm the last four digits of the customer's phone number, add qualifying visits, view pending reward requests, and complete eligible reward redemptions in the separate cashier dashboard. Tumby's may use redemption history to enforce program limits, including one completed reward redemption per customer per calendar day.

Tumby's Rewards does not automatically use WooCommerce order details, online order totals, WooCommerce customer records, or online order status changes to award Tumby's Coins.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers that help us operate Tumby's Rewards, including website hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, security, analytics, and customer support services.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect Tumby's, our customers, or our systems, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, sale, or reorganization.

You may update your name, email, and marketing preference from your profile page. Your phone number, birthday, member code, Tumby's Coins, visit history, and reward history cannot be edited directly from the website.

You may request account deletion from your profile page. Tumby's will review deletion requests before processing them because rewards, visits, redemption history, fraud-prevention records, and legal records may need to be retained for a limited period.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about certain personal information, subject to applicable law and verification requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Tumby's Rewards information.

No website, database, or internet transmission is completely secure. Please use a strong password and keep your login information private.

We keep rewards information for as long as needed to operate the rewards program, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain accurate business records.

Tumby's Rewards is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.
